The ftp
applet will apear in any java enabled browser. Please grant any permissions that
the applet may request in order to run our ftp uploader. Enter our server's
hostname into the "HOSTNAME" text box exactly as follows:
ftp.electricpage.com along with our global username in the "USERNAME"
text box exactly as follows: printme then click on the
"CONNECT" button to connect to our ftp server in order to upload the
necessary file(s) for your print project. You will be prompted for the
"PASSWORD" which is the following: client
Please be sure
that you have named your file with either your own name or your company's name
in order for our staff to recognize which files belong to which clients. Please
exclude any special characters in the file name such as: &, %, $, #, etc...
If you experience any difficulties in uploading your files to our ftp server,
please contact us for technical support here.
Once you
have followed the above instructions and you are connected to our ftp server,
you will see a list of all your systems files and folders on the left hand side
of the ftp window which is the client side and a list of all the files and
folders on our server in the right hand side of the ftp window which is the
server side. To upload your file(s) to our ftp server click the "CHANGE
DIRECTORY" button located above the client side window to locate the folder
on your system which contains the file(s) you wish to upload and click ok. You
will then see all of your files listed in the client side window. Click and
highlight the file you wish to upload, then proceed to click the "ARROW"
pointing towards our server window located between the client window and the server
window. Repeat this process for all the files you wish to upload to our server. Once you
have completed uploading all of your files, click the "DISCONNECT" button
located at the top of the ftp server window.

NOTE*
When choosing any files or folders in the client side window,
you must click on the icons located next to the corresponding folder or file
name. Clicking on the folder or file name itself will only prompt you to rename
that folder or file.
